Individual therapy is private, one-on-one time, where I help you work through personal issues you have been facing. Whether this is your first therapy experience, or you’ve been in therapy before, my goal is to create an authentic and comfortable space where we can collaborate on getting your needs met. We will explore issues from your past, present, and future, in order to help you gain insight into how to reach your personal goals. Together, we will explore skills and techniques that will allow you to improve your mental health and well-being.
