I am so glad you’re here

it’s nice to virtually meet you!

Hi, I’m Gabi

Let’s grow together

I approach therapy as a collaboration. You are the expert in your own life. Through asking the right questions and pointing out the insight I believe you already have within you, I will work to guide you towards uncovering the path that best leads you to healing.

I believe therapy can provide comfort, allow for the development of self-awareness, and serve as an important form of self-care. Therapy is most effective when you feel heard, understood, cared for, safe. Once we’ve established a connection, the tools you learn in therapy can be absorbed, practiced, and incorporated into your daily life, allowing you to live in a way in which you can function as your most authentic and optimal self.

I incorporate a variety of modalities into the type of therapy I provide, some of which include more structured techniques, and others which are more free form. At times throughout sessions, it can feel like we are just talking, and only later will you realize the insight you have helped yourself expose. Other sessions may use psycho-education, and organized, measured means to help you work towards your goals. There is no standard approach for any one person, and there is no “typical” therapy session. Each session should evolve organically in a way that honors where you are at during that very moment.
