My Approach

We can laugh, we may cry, we will explore. I view therapy sessions as a comfortable and safe space where we can simultaneously work on immediate symptom relief, as well as uncover and change long-term thinking patterns. I work from a strengths-based, solution-focused perspective, and provide guidance to help you gain new ways to cope, and realize the tools you may have never known you already had.

I believe that each person can grow into the best version of themselves and develop a more authentic sense of self, provided they are given the proper guidance and forum to do so. I strive to build genuine and meaningful relationships with the people I serve, and believe in the therapeutic rapport as the most powerful vehicle for healing.

You don’t have to hold onto the anxiety, pain, or discomfort that has been keeping you from living as the best version of yourself.
